Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ShilosSilo (shilossilo.com) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Service.

1. What we collect

• Account information: the email address you sign up with and your password. Your password is stored only as a secure one-way hash — we never store it in plain text.
• Your collection data: the items, silos, notes, and preferences you add.
• Images you upload: cover photos and card photos you choose to add to your collection.
• Technical logs: standard infrastructure and request logs generated by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate and improve the Service. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell your personal data, and we do not use third-party analytics or tracking today.

3. Third-party processing

To provide the Service, limited data is shared with the following providers:

• Card identification: when you submit a card photo for identification, that photo is sent to CardSight AI, Inc. for processing. See CardSight's privacy policy at cardsight.ai/privacy. As part of identification, a submitted card photo may also be processed by our hosting provider's AI service, Cloudflare Workers AI, to read text and details from the image. This processing runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure (see the Cloudflare policy linked below).
• Item lookups: when you look up an item, we query third-party catalog and metadata providers. We send only the lookup details being searched (such as the barcode, title, or card details) — not your identity or account information.
• Hosting and storage: the Service runs on Cloudflare (Pages, D1, and R2), which stores your data and images and processes technical logs on our behalf. See Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

4. Cookies

We use a single first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking, advertising, or third-party cookies.

5. Retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all of your data and images at any time from your Account page. An export tool is also available on your Account page so you can download and take your data with you.

6. Your rights

You can view, export, or permanently delete your data at any time using the tools on your Account page — no request needed. If you have a privacy question or a request you can't complete with those tools, contact us at [email protected] and we will respond.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes & contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service. Questions about your privacy can be sent to [email protected].
